We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website through anonymized usage analytics, heatmaps, and session replay. Sensitive form fields and private account/payment information are masked or excluded. Analytics is used only where permitted by user consent and applicable law.

What we do not record

• Admin, finance, and reporting pages
• Checkout, payment, receipt, and wallet transaction pages
• Class join links and recording playback
• Personal fields like names, emails, phone numbers, birthdates, schools
• Payment links, invite tokens, activation tokens
